After the 2010 movie “Dulha Mil Gaya”, Fardeen Khan didn’t appear in much films and the signs of this were clearly visible on his physique, which had became floppy. However, this star has recently transformed his body and has reduced a whopping 12 kilogram weight in just 3 months. Since past few months, Fardeen was in London because of the expected delivery of his wife Natasha. This attractive personality has now returned to Mumbai in a completely new and transformed avatar. There are no signs of a double chin on his face, the extra fat which accumulated on his body is no more present there. On this wonderful achievement of his, Fardeen told to media that he joined a celebrity gym in London. The gym was so high profile that many Victoria’s Secret models, other supermodels and boxing stars used to workout and train there. Talking about his workout, Fardeen told that he underwent a program termed as the “Ultimate Training” (UP) Fitness Training. The owner of the gym, Nick Mitchell appointed Shaun Murphy as Fardeen’s personal trainer and planner. Fardeen expressed that it was the guidance of his trainer due to which he was able to lose weight and he now feels much younger and happier.

Talking more about his workout, Fardeen told that his workout program included some heavy and intense exercise regime along with a balanced nutrition schedule. His diet and nutrition usually consisted of 40% complex carbohydrates, 40% protein and remaining as fats and amino acids. With his training, Fardeen achieved an average of 1% per week reduction of his body fat. High calorie burning exercises like Squats (which is an exercise for thighs), benchpress, deadlifts were a main part of his regime. His workout also included resistance training exercises for toning his muscles. Fardeen also expressed his excitement and happiness about getting complimented on his shirtless avatar from his wife.

Adnan Sami – This Pakistani musician and singer is a paragon example of body transformation. His weight was 206Kg and he used to require a customized wheelchair for travelling. However with the help of a Bariatric surgery, he reduced 130Kg in a year.
Arjun Kapoor– This Bollywood hunk used to weigh a whopping 170kg. However, under the proper guidance of Salman Khan, he lost 68Kg weight.
Adhyayan Suman – To attain a perfect physique, Adhyayan reduced upto 45Kg of his body weight in just 5 months.
