Mila Kunis is one of the most popular actresses in the world right now. Superb looks, hot figure, nice personality and her talent make her well known. Mila has been famous not only because of her great movies but also for her sexy body. The 30 year old Ukrainian actress has been awarded with the title of the sexiest woman alive by Esquire magazine. Being naturally beautiful and sexy doesn’t mean that you don’t have a basic diet routine and a daily workout plan. However; she is not obsessed with diet & fitness and she feels comfortable with her current body. Mila revealed her health and beauty secrets. According to her recently given interviews, she goes to the gym 3 times a week and it is not the only calorie munching activity she does. She likes jet skiing in the summer and snowboarding in the winter. Sometimes when the roles are hard, Mila increases her gym visit frequency and adds pilates, dancing and strength training to her workouts.

Mila’s diet and fitness programs attract a certain amount of curiosity especially among women who see Mila as an icon. She takes a healthful approach to her diet and workout all over the year. She keeps in great shape and she makes healthy meals in the kitchen even from the leftovers. Her diet primarily includes low glycemic carbs, protein and essential fats. Her love for dark chocolate and wine makes her to include them in her regular indulgences. So even though she is following a strict diet, she allows herself some exceptions. Mila likes to have fast food and Chinese food too.

Mila is sexy, smart and passionate about her roles. If a role demands to lose weight, she attains it without complains. Her role in the Oscar nominated Black Swan made her lose 20 lbs in less than five months. She achieved this through extreme diet and exercise. She got into professional dancer shape with a lot of sacrifices. Working out for five hours a day and seven times a week. During this time, her calorie intake per day was limited to 1200 calories and she wasn’t allowed to exceed it. The actress went back to a healthy weight and curvy figure after the movie finished.  She said “I’m a huge foodie, I love food but i can lose weight too. Your body can do everything and anything, you just have to want to do it”. Mila finds the right balance to maintain a healthy, fit and fun lifestyle.
